I spend time in your business before I spend your money. I research your target audience, your local market, your industry, and your competitors, then cross-reference that against your current marketing to find every gap between where you are and where you could be.

You walk away with a written GTM plan that gives you a clear picture of your market, your competition, and a prioritized list of the specific problems and opportunities I found. Whether you hire me to fix them or handle it yourself, the plan is yours to keep.

What the audit includes:

  • A fact-finding call to understand your business, your goals, and your current situation
  • A full review of your website, local search presence, intake process, tools, and competitors
  • A written GTM plan with every problem and opportunity I find, prioritized by impact
  • A follow-up call after you have had time to review the plan, to answer questions and walk through next steps (with or without me)

Foundation Build

$1,500 to $3,500 project

After the audit, I fix the specific gaps that are costing you the most. This is not a package and varies from client to client. The scope is built entirely around what the diagnostic found, so you are only paying to fix what actually needs fixing.

Depending on what the audit surfaces, a Foundation Build might include a new or rebuilt landing page, an improvement on an existing marketing channel, a CRM setup, an automation that eliminates a manual step in your intake process, or a tool swap that cuts your monthly overhead and does a better job. Most projects are completed within two to four weeks.

What a Foundation Build is not:

  • A retainer with a vague monthly deliverable
  • A website redesign you did not ask for
  • A set of recommendations handed off for you to implement

Growth Retainer

Starting at $3,600 per month

After the foundation build is done, I stay on as your ongoing operator. Once the immediate marketing problems are resolved, I shift focus to identifying business growth opportunities. That could mean new channels, new audiences, or new efficiencies in how the business runs. I implement what I can directly and consult on the rest, so you always have a clear picture of what the next move is and who is responsible for it.

The monthly scope is built around what the diagnostic identified as your highest-leverage opportunities, not a fixed menu of deliverables. Analytics reporting is tied to the numbers that matter to you: new contacts, calls, and booked appointments.

Do I have to go through all three steps?

No, the audit is the only required starting point. After that, some clients take the GTM plan and handle the fixes themselves. Others move straight into a retainer without a separate build project. I will tell you what I think makes sense after the diagnostic, and you decide from there.

How long does the audit take?

The fact-finding call is typically 45 to 60 minutes. After that, I spend about a week on the research and write-up. We then schedule a follow-up call once you have had a few days to review the plan.

What if I only need help with one specific thing?

That's fine, but I still start with the audit. The reason is that what looks like a single problem is often a symptom of something else, and I would rather find that out before quoting a project than after. Where appropriate, the $320 audit cost will be applied toward any Foundation Build we agree on.
